Service Description
Last updated: 9 August 2026 · Version 1.0 · The German version is legally binding.
This Service Description specifies the functional scope of the service provided by Beyondles UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Bahnhofstraße 44, 14612 Falkensee, Germany, Potsdam Local Court HRB 42428 P. It forms part of the contract pursuant to section 18 of the General Terms and Conditions; in case of conflict, the order of precedence set out there applies.
1. Product and components
1.1 Beyondles offers one product: Beyondles HorAIzon. It enables companies to deploy AI agents for recurring business work. The customer describes in plain language what needs to be done; the service assembles an organisation of specialised AI agents that carry out tasks autonomously and traceably.
1.2 The Brain is the knowledge layer contained in Beyondles HorAIzon: a central repository for company knowledge with AI-powered search. It is included in every plan and is not available separately.
1.3 The Beyondles Suite (beyondles.ai) is the access and administration layer: registration, login, team and permission management, and the overview of subscription and usage. The product interfaces are provided at agent.beyondles.ai and brain.beyondles.ai.
2. Functional scope
2.1 Building the agent organisation. From a plain-language description of the objective, the service creates an organisation of specialised AI agents with roles and responsibilities. The number of deployable agents depends on the chosen plan.
2.2 Task processing. Agents accept tasks from chat instructions, schedules and defined triggers and work through them autonomously. A coordination layer distributes the work to the responsible agents.
2.3 Control and approvals. Each agent's level of autonomy is adjustable. For actions classified as significant or irreversible, the service provides approval steps: such actions are executed only after human approval. Configuring these approvals is the customer's responsibility (cf. sections 2.4 and 8.3 of the GTC).
2.4 Knowledge repository (The Brain). The customer stores company knowledge centrally and accesses it through AI-powered search. Agents use this knowledge in their work and write insights gained back into it.
2.5 Traceability. Task history and the agents' significant actions are logged and can be reviewed in the interface.
2.6 Usage overview. The customer can review their organisation's AI usage and the associated consumption figures in the interface.
2.7 Team management. An organisation can have multiple users with different roles; new users are added through an invitation process.
2.8 AI models. The service uses models from several providers and selects a suitable model per task. The providers used are named in Annex 1 of the Data Processing Agreement. Providers established in a third country without an adequacy decision are deactivated by default and are used only upon the customer's explicit activation.
3. Plans
3.1 The service is offered in the plans Free, Starter, Growth, Scale and Enterprise. The plans differ in particular in the included monthly usage volume, the number of deployable agents and users, and the level of support.
3.2 Free serves to explore the service: up to three agents, a limited monthly usage volume and access to a selection of fast AI models. No availability or response-time commitments apply to the Free plan.
3.3 For Starter, Growth and Scale, the included volumes are tiered. The specific values and prices follow from the price list valid at the time of contract conclusion or from the order confirmation or individual agreement, which also governs how usage beyond the included volume is handled.
3.4 Enterprise is tailored individually (scope, support, additional contractual arrangements) and agreed separately.
3.5 During the current pilot phase there is no public price list; the terms follow from the respective individual agreement.
4. Definitions
4.1 Organisation: the customer account to which users, agents and data are assigned. Data of different organisations is kept separate.
4.2 User: a personal access account within an organisation. Credentials must not be shared with other persons; a user account may be permanently reassigned to another person.
4.3 Agent: an AI work unit set up in the service, with a role, responsibility and settings (such as approval levels).
4.4 Usage volume: the measure of an organisation's AI usage. It is measured on the basis of processed tokens (the AI models' accounting unit for inputs and outputs) or the resulting costs; the measure applicable for billing is stated in the price list or the individual agreement.
5. Beta features
Features labelled "Beta", "Preview" or "Coming soon" are in an evaluation stage. Their scope may change, they may be discontinued at any time, and no availability or functional commitments apply to them.
6. Support
Support is available by email at [email protected], Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Berlin time), except on German public holidays. Enquiries are generally answered within one business day. Further response and recovery times apply only to the extent agreed in a Service Level Agreement or individually.
7. Continuous development
The Provider continuously develops the service; features may be added or replaced in improved form. Changes that would materially restrict the agreed core functionality are governed by section 14 of the GTC.
